How to Get Support from PATCH

If you are in need of help, you will need to be referred by one of our partner organisations.  We call these  "Referral agents such as: support worker, social worker and citizens advice".  We are privileged to work in partnership with many referral agents.

We do offer a self-referral service however, you are only able to self-refer twice.
